I've been listening to a lot of Deadmau5's "Random Album Title", so my final project was to make a progressive house track with a similar style.
I used some samples from a sample pack I found online, called Xfer, that Deadmau5 helped create a few years ago.
I also used Massive to make the 'pluck' sound, then automated the release of its' primary envelope (ASDR) to create some tension during the buildups.
