Inspired by Chopin and the Japanese composer Joe Hisaishi, I have created this composition called haru which means the debt of spring in Japanese. For the instrument I will use to perform my piece, piano will definitely be my first choice since it contains up to 250 strings. The interactions which releasing energy between strings can induce resonance. I’ve set the tone of my work to Minor C. The following is the basic motif of my piece. I think it’s pretty elegant and also contain some asian fusion in it.
