There was no indication of any mechanical trouble with the 747, but air-traffic-control recordings indicated the crew was confused about its location upon landing. The recordings indicate the aircraft was cleared to land at McConnell AFB in light winds and the crew confirmed its clearance back to controllers at McConnell.
