The rapper tweeted a picture of his latest tattoo: an image of Nate Dogg with the words 'All DOGGS go to Heaven' inked on his arm. Snoop and Nate, longtime collaborators, rose to fame working with Warren G in the rap trio 213. Nate Dogg, 41, died March 15 of complications from major strokes he'd suffered in recent years.
