Any tax person can fix taxes on paper. But you can’t turn creationist bible-thumpers into smart people. Companies need smart people. That’s why Apple is located next to Stanford, And Merck is located near Princeton. You think they went to California and New Jersey…. for the low taxes? Try finding a good scientific research center, run by baptists or evangelicals. I don’t know of a single one. Missouri has much deeper problems than taxes. They are joining the anti-science south.
