The person who formed that company is the head of an Arkansas trucking association of which Pilot is a longtime member. McElroy and others have questioned the legitimacy of the National Financial Reclamation Services being a party to the lawsuit because it was never a customer of Pilot's and didn't exist when the alleged rebate fraud was occurring.
