sp So we actually braise sweet potatoes. You slice sweet potatoes very thin, about a quarter inch, and you put them in a sauce pan or you can double the recipe and put them in a Dutch oven. And just a few tablespoons of heavy cream, a couple pats of butter and you cook it over low for a good 35 minutes or so until the potatoes are very, very tender. ...
