More complicated for financial and other tall earning types, and income tax fails there. Maybe don’t drive a nail with a screwdriver. In tax theory the three legged stool is income tax, sales tax and wealth tax. Once forty percent of the wealth is concentrated in the few, then income tax will not repair that, nor will the sales tax, but only a wealth tax will.
