I took a 9-minute audio file of pink noise and used Audacity to create segments ranging from a fraction of a second to four seconds long. I then opened these sounds in Ableton 9 and created a variety of samples by modulating EQ-8, Erosion, and Reverb audio effects. Shorter samples were put into an impulse kit while the long samples were put straight into Abletons Arrangement View.
