It's rather depressing stuff, but perhaps everyone's in a glum mood because of the weather. You might think a Spanish festival would be all sunshine and sangria, but Segovia is high up, near the mountains of Sierra de Guadarrama, and the thunderstorms can be spectacular. We Brits feel right at home. | |
