The obvious solution would have been to leave the tractor in the ditch, have the driver picked up, and then retrieve the disabled tractor during off peak driving time. The grass to be mowed will still be there tomorrow. After that glaring illustration of the total lack of understanding or respect for the value of the general public&#8217;s time, I&#8217;m ready to turn over the road to a private public partnership and relive the state of Maine of it&#8217;s burden.
