VA diagnosed her MS as a service connected disability. She asked/sued for equal compensation - to be treated the same as married heterosexual vets. My husband is a disabled vet - his military service was the direct cause of his disability and he was boots on the ground combat and not one of those who sat in an office then whined about things - I for one believe that those who risked their lives deserve fair and equal treatment under the law...regardless of their personal lives. | |
