This is an arrangement of a theme from Paper Mario for the Nintendo 64 entitled "Freeze!". I always felt that this theme was too short for the battle that it plays in so I tried to lengthen it and add a bit of my own flavor to it. I also attempted to work in parts from a different music track from the same area of the game. This one didn't turn out as well as I hoped, but I still enjoy it.
