Description Part of my goal was to limit myself with the mount of note patterns I would use on this project. I allowed myself to use different pitches of the same note patterns and as many instruments as I wanted, and the result was that I only used 4 different patterns for short melodies, and only 3 different drum lines, and 7 different instruments. In the end, it doesn't sound terribly cohesive, so I'd say this style didn't really work for me by limiting myself this much.
