[of Project] This project is an interactive art installation. On the simplest level, it consists of a MIDI keyboard, a variety of effect pedals, and an amp. We recorded an ambient and "psychedelic" sample to be played on loop through the amp. The sample is made from jazzy chords, and the viewer is invited to use the keyboard and play a melody on top of them using the multitude of pedals provided to them. On an artistic level, the piece demonstrates the personality of music. Nobody will complete the music in the same way, and everyone's finished piece will be unique to them as a person.

We both have knowledge of guitar and piano. However, the technology aspect of this project posed a challenge. The output ports on the MIDI keyboard did not match our setup. In addition, correctly connecting all the pedals so that a useable output is created was a hurdle we had to overcome.

The finished product was an interactive art installation in which viewers are encouraged to use to their liking and was created by Roman Bolshakov and Drew Silvernail.
