 This is my final project. I took skills from each lab and created a remix of Pumped Up Kicks by Foster the People. Using Ableton, I cut up and edited an instrumental and a vocal track of the song and reorganized it into a new piece. I also created some back beats to the music to give a new level and show my new skills in Ableton. Additionally, I utilized the audio effects in Ableton to create white noise, overdrive on some tracks, and balanced the piece to keep it constant and turbulent when necessary. Being my first time using Ableton while taking this class, I believe I have created a pretty awesome piece from a song I really enjoy listening to.
