My final project is I created a song (minus the vocals) that is reminiscent of 2000s dance/party songs, for example Flo Rida. It requires me to figure out which sounds, instruments, tempo, etc. is generally used in those types of songs and then come up with a beat myself that gives off the same vibe as those songs. The audience would be anyone who already enjoys those types of songs. Through the other assignments in this class I have a basic understanding of using music editing software, however I want to be able to easily navigate around it to make it the cleanest visually in the editor and to make it sound the cleanest when mixing it. The deliverable will be an audio recording.
